auditQ offers services in the areas of Service Level Management (SLM) and Quality of Service (QoS) as a neutral auditor between service providers and end-users.

As a professional and neutral entity between service providers and end-users, auditQ measures the agreed performances (SLA) and informs about the actually delivered services via the own internet portal “trust center” and/or in regular posted reports.

The main focus of our offerings are on measurement and evaluation of end-to-end IT- and telecommunication services, as well as measuring and displaying the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in process chains.
