The aQ ScoreBoard© provides the help desk or the service management office with an overview of the current status of all services. For maintenance work or disruptions, the affected KPIs will appear on the screen. The information that is depicted in this manner will enable the help desk to proactively take action-even before the users react. The efficient monitoring makes it possible for those in authority to support the customers better and thus to increase their satisfaction against documentation. In order to depict the services, either large screens or beamers are used.
