The aQ ManagementReport© consists of a library of various standard evaluations and client-specific reports. In addition to classical SLA reports, the module manages evaluations such as monthly reports, analysis of errors, process-related and financial key indicators and the analysis of trends. The individual evaluations are supplied individually or in a time-controlled manner and then provided to the customer in PDF format.
