After a disruption occurs, the «aQ LiveMonitor©» provides information about the reason for and content of the disruption. If an end user, for example, reports response times that are too long, the employee at the help desk can review the response times about which a complaint has been lodged during the last 24 hours with just a few mouse clicks. The information can be retrieved from PC work stations and all popular PDAs (Windows Mobile, iPhone, Black Berry). Thus, the responsible persons are kept informed about the current status of their services at all times and from anywhere.
